Refund Policy

Marketing services contracted to clients (Including but not limited to consulting, marketing, coaching or other services.)

The Client will be asked to sign a detailed service agreement prior to work beginning to ensure a clear understanding of scope and fees.

Due to the highly variable environment in which marketing takes place—but especially Internet

marketing—results cannot be guaranteed. As such, all deposits, retainers and other payments made by the client to SDotBiz Connections, LLC for services provided are non-refundable unless pre- authorized by the SDotBiz Connections LLC. in writing.

• E-Books, workshops, and digital Products

  Any SDotBiz Connections E-books, workshops, and digital products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your E-book, workshop, or digital product, please request an exchange or refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. Only requests for refunds received within 30 days from the date of purchase will be honored.

   

• To request a refund, please contact us within 30days of the payment date. Please include your order number and “refund” in the subject line.

  Refunds will take up to 30 days to process.

   

• Charge backs

  All charge backs will be sent to the account holders’ credit card company with proof of service’s and signed contract herein. All charge backs on credit cards or through PayPal will be charged a $100.00 for administration charges relating to the charge back.

   

LIABILITY

• SDotBiz Connections, LLC shall not be liable to the client for any loss or damages with respect to the manner, extent or degree to which the material, information or opinions produced pursuant to the service agreement, are used or relied upon by the Client.

   

• Any decision to use or rely on the material, information and opinions is the client’s alone, and we as a service provider bare no responsibility for the degree of effectiveness or other consequences that may arise from such use or reliance. Without limiting the generality of this clause, the client shall be fully and exclusively responsible for implementing or using any materials produced pursuant to the service agreement, as

  well as ensuring the accuracy or suitability of the materials, information or opinions, in any given situation.
