Mission Scoreboard

For every team or organization the mission is the same, learn from our mistakes and win the game! The leader is responsible for keeping an eye on both. Your team wants to win and for the leader we must know what that looks like! It is the leaders responsibility to be clear on the objectives and to achieve the mission with the team. In recruiting we had a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual mission. If we missed the monthly mission this affected our quarterly mission. Keeping an eye on the mission was key for everyone. Mission success requires the entire team to work together on the same goals.

Leaders are ultimately responsible and should seek responsibility vs popularity. A leader is responsible for the mission and the welfare of his or her employees. Achieving one without the other is unacceptable. What is your mission today?
