Welcome to the group! We are a group that likes to ride bike trails, bike lanes, and walking trails throughout cities across the country. We will walk with a goal of 10 miles per week and ride bicycles to burn calories, shed pounds, and increase our cardio. We want a lifestyle change for walkers and riders. This is strategic for your health and your family. Health is wealth!
New bike lanes are now open in Charlotte. We will plan to ride on each one throughout the year.
