    Welcome to the group! We are a group that likes to ride bike trails, bike lanes, and walking trails throughout cities across the country. We will walk with a goal of 10 miles per week and ride bicycles to burn calories, shed pounds, and increase our cardio. We want a lifestyle change for walkers and riders. This is strategic for your health and your family. Health is wealth!

  • New bike lanes are now open in Charlotte. We will plan to ride on each one throughout the year.
